DESCRIPTION
The property is located between the town of Byala and Goritza village, only 1 200 meters from the sea. A dirt road leads to the plot. Electricity, water and sewer system are available in the close of the plot. The nearest airport and well-organized port is Varna. The port of Byala can be used as a yacht port.

LOCATION
The village of Goritza is situated 50 km southern of the Bulgarian Sea capital Varna, in the close proximity of The Black Sea coast. Goritza is perfect place to enjoy nature. Goritza Forest alongside the coast road is excellent for birdwatching. A few English people live in the village.
